Our Policy

DEPOSITS

To secure your appointment, we require a non-refundable deposit of 100% of the total service cost. The deposit is non-transferable to other products or services. This deposit will be deducted from your final bill on the day of your appointment.

YOUR APPOINTMENT

We ask that you please arrive at your scheduled appointment time. Appointments are booked for 1 hour, providing ample time for jewelry selection and any procedures necessary.

Appointments are scheduled one on one, one client per piercing artist. We are unable to accommodate guests or group bookings and do not accept walk-ins.

LATENESS

Arrivals 15 MINUTES past the beginning of the appointment time will require rescheduling to another date and time. This is considered a missed appointment and the deposit is henceforth forfeited and another is required to reschedule. We do our very best to honor appointments at their scheduled times, however this is only possible if you arrive in a timely manner.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule appointments. Late cancellations, rescheduling within 24 hours, or no-shows will result in the loss of 100% of the deposit and another deposit will be required before rescheduling.

AGE POLICY

The minimum age requirement to receive a piercing at Exotix Studios is 16 years of age.

EARLOBE AND BODY PIERCINGS (cartilage of the ear, facial and navel piercings)

16 years or older with government issued photo ID presented at the time of the appointment. Absolutely no exceptions for minors under 16 years of age, regardless of parental consent. Proper identification must be presented before receiving a piercing.

BODY PIERCINGS (nipple, genital and microdermal piercings)

18 years of age or older with valid government issued photo ID presented at the time of the appointment. Absolutely no exceptions for minors under 18 years of age, regardless of parental consent. Proper identification must be presented before receiving a piercing.
